At 1:15 I got home from school and I turned the TV on and I put it on channel four and it was the Earthquake that struck Christchurch. I feel sorry for some of the people because lots of people past away and it was 75 people who past away that's why I for sorry. I heard that the Earthquake happened 3 times and the building's were all damaged and all house’s were damaged and then it was raining and they were freezing cold. Mostly you should see this that the motor way, how you get around NZ, was blocked and damaged and people were stuck and couldn't get out and their car’s were stuck and people couldn't get out. There were lots of people with blood around most of their face. At midnight they had to sleep on the hard wooden floor.

Christchurch Earthquake

Mary, I'm a student in Dr. Strange's EDM 310 class at the University of South Alabama, which is in the USA. I have enjoyed looking around your blog. When I read this post, I cannot help but think how scary this earthquake must have been! I was so sad to hear about it, especially for the families of those who lost their lives. Thanks for sharing this information with us and telling us what you saw on the TV when you came home from school. While it's a very sad situation, I appreciate you keeping us updated.
